Ed Stuehler said he had managed jewelry stores in California and in Las Vegas hotels before following what he calls his "American dream" by opening Lucia over the Labor Day weekend. The store is near the parking garage at the shopping center on the Tigard-Tualatin border. 503-684-4400Consumer electronics giant RadioShack last month returned to Washington Square -- once again a close neighbor to Sears -- after closing an earlier store at the Tigard mall in early 2008. 503-684-4148 Lori Liggett chose the name Cerise for her new boutique consignment shop for its French meaning of "cherry," because she tries to "cherry pick" designer and vintage women's clothing, shoes, handbags, jewelry and accessories. Liggett opened the shop in mid-August at 425 Second St., Suite B, Lake Oswego. 503-636-1822 -- Eric Apalategui, Special to The Oregonian
